Lord, I Pray that the Catholic Church does not split, but if she does, I will be siding with Spirit & truth (John 4:24). Pope Francis recently went after traditionalists, claiming they are against the Spirit, but Pope Francis promotes ideas that go against truth. We need both Spirit AND truth. If one faction has the Spirit, but not truth and the other side has both Spirit & truth, I must side with the latter. I Pray that I am not forced to choose between the two. Truth is the reason that I came back to the Catholic Church. If I wanted a Church that is Lutheran in nature, then I would be Lutheran. If I wanted a Church that believes as the world believes, I would join one of these Methodist or Anglican Churches that have fallen away from the truth.
