Why Has God Created The Material World?

God abides in heaven, scripture says, sitting on his throne. Some say that such descriptions are metaphoric. But what gives man the right to dismiss the words of scripture and impose his personal interpretation on it? Contemporary scientists and philosophers present new theories every year. Therefore if we can impose our personal conceptions on scripture, then what is the value of scripture? Therefore let us accept scripture as scripture is presented to us. This is called “fundamentalism”. Otherwise, with each passing year, passing decade, passing century, the Bible is presented to us according to the speculative thoughts of the men of this world.

So, God abides in heaven. He sits on a throne, and he’s surrounded by the heavenly host. How large is that heavenly host? There is no ability to count such an infinite number of individual souls. And there, in heaven, there is neither birth nor death. Everyone is eternal. Because spirit is eternal. The souls in heaven have eternal spiritual bodies. There is no material body in heaven. Material nature is “ashes to ashes, dust to dust”. From dust the material form arises. And to dust it returns. Three destinations for this material body that we love so much. Earth, ashes, or stool. If the body is buried, it composts and returns into earth. If it is burned, it is turned to ashes. And if it is thrown to the the animals, the vultures, and the dogs, it is digested and is excreted as stool.

In heaven, God is very happy. And the heavenly host is very happy. Therefore, what is the need for God to create the material world, where everything is temporal, and where there is so much suffering, where all of us experience the process of birth, old age, disease and death?

The need is explained in the Bible. All the souls in heaven love the Lord completely, with all of their hearts…just as Jesus instructed to the Jewish clergy…“Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all of thy heart.” But if we are forced to love God, if we have no freedom of choice…that is not love. Therefore although God has created all of us only for that purpose, to love Him completely, He allows us to choose, to exercise our free will. And therefore there is some contingent, some minority of souls, who choose independence. Some souls who decide to live independent of God’s advice. That choice is always available to us. Just like Adam and Eve. They yielded to that temptation. Therefore God creates the material world. To house those who make that less intelligent choice. And here we are. The Garden of Eden is not here on this earthly planet. The Garden of Eden is the spiritual world. And we have been evicted…to indulge our desire for life in separation.

Just like, in every city, there is a prison house. The city counsel does not want prisoners. But they know, there will be a rebellious element in society. Therefore they construct a prison house, when the city is constructed. They create a prison. This material world is God’s prison house.

In the prison house there are so many unhappy conditions imposed. Similarly, in the material creation, there is so much suffering, of mind, of body, of nature, due to other living entities, etc., etc. And every one has to work very hard, by the sweat of their brow, in order to pursue enjoyment. And no matter how successful a man’s life appears…no one can keep it. It is all taken away at the time of death.

But God is very kind. The material creation is not only for our suffering. It is for our redemption. Just like the man in prison…he is given some time to think things over, to consider having a change of heart. Only one who begins to have a change of heart, can begin to hear the message of freedom. Therefore, when we are suffering here in this world, God sends His messenger to us, His counselor, His therapist. And for those who are responding to God’s therapeutic arrangement, Jesus says, “Those who have ears, let them hear.” And this is the purpose of God’s material creation. it is for giving us a second chance. Otherwise, when God is living in heaven with the heavenly host, why would he cause us to be born here in this world of birth and death? He places us here, because we have chosen independence. We are the “prodigal sons and daughters” of God. And He sends Jesus here, into the prison house, to take us home.

Jesus is the parole officer. And if we report to him consistently, he takes us out of this world. And if we break parole, we are placed back behind the bars of this material creation. Therefore this material world exists for this one purpose…for our redemption. And because God loves us more than we can imagine, he has created this material world to give us a second chance.

There is one verse in Bible wherein God says, “Before you were placed in your mothers’s womb, I knew you.” We are eternal spirit souls. But we have been placed here, in the material creation, for our redemption.

Peace to all,

To me logically the family of God created a material world to glorify and transfigure it immortal and incorruptly becoming one body again again one family from where the Holy Spirit family came

Jesus said what is it to anyone if anyone should remain alive until Jesus returns we must follow him. He returns life through the souls of all from the spirit through the flesh in one body becoming at all red redemption, life, and spirit in one family I believe.

The material world logically will become again, glorified and transfigured from the spirit through all creation becoming one body becoming again one Holy Spirit, family one God in being I believe

Thanks for the topic Peter1, through all generations, logically to me, The Holy Spirit Family existed before creation was ever created was even created, and wanted love in a body through flesh becoming again through both natures, spirit and life, in one family, I believe.

Peace always,
Stephen

“Peace to all,”

Yes, everyone wants peace. Peace is in demand in the market place of human life. Peace is in demand, because in this material world, there is no peace. Only imperialism, exploitation, slavery, extortion, car accidents, covid, cancer, earthquakes, tidal waves, volcanoes, draughts, floods, famine……..and endless wars. On planet earth, men cannot live without wars. Why? Because there are only two ways to live: either we want to serve God with feelings of love…..or we want to be God and have others serve us. We want to be master, in control. This is our disease. It is a disease of the spirit. Spiritual insanity. The heavenly host lives in heaven. But we are here. The material world is God’s insane asylum for souls who have a desire to sit on the throne of God. And we want peace. But we want peace on our own terms. We don’t want to bow before the Lord……but we want peace. When there are so many souls, all wanting to sit on God’s throne……then there is great rivalry, competition, jealously. Then we make wars. Then there is no peace. So when we say, “Peace to all”, we have to recognize the real peace formula. The real peace formula is that we all have to become loving servants of God. Just like Jesus says, “Accept upon yourself, the yoke that I wear.” And what is that yoke? It is the yoke of love, love of God. If mankind cultivates love of God, then automatically there will be peace among men. Without love of God, there will only be struggle, friction, and violence. United Nations cannot help. Only united hearts under God dominion.

“To me logically the family of God created a material world to glorify and transfigure it immortal and incorruptly becoming one body again again one family from where the Holy Spirit family came.”

Yes. God created a material world, for our transfiguration. As long as we are here in this world, trying to “conquer nature”, we are conquered by nature. We experience death. Nothing in this world can endure. But we are already eternal spirit souls. God knew us before placing us in these material bodies, material vehicles for the soul. And he will know us when we depart from these vehicles, either going to heaven or hell. What has to be transfigured is the demeanor of our hearts. We have to give our hearts to God with feelings of unalloyed love. Unalloyed, means we are not in business with God, that if He satisfies our material demands, then we will worship Him. That is not love. That is a business arrangement. Love means, as Jesus says, “Not my will, but Thy will. Not what I want from You, my Lord, but what do you want from me.” When we embrace that demeanor of the heart, that is our transfiguration. Then, we know eternal life. Then we are situated in our constitutional position of the soul. Otherwise we are imprisoned in the realm of birth and death, birth and death. So God, as you say, created this material world, so that we could become again, one family. To become one family, we have to acknowledge our Eternal Father. That is the mandatory prerequisite. This is what Jesus came to teach us.

“Jesus said what is it to anyone if anyone should remain alive until Jesus returns we must follow him. He returns life through the souls of all from the spirit through the flesh in one body becoming at all red redemption, life, and spirit in one family I believe.”

Yes, to remain alive, without communion with God, is as good as death. Spiritual death fulfills the promise of material death. I am not versed in your Bible scripture. But for me, the return of Jesus is the entry of Jesus into our hearts, moment to moment, in the here and now. We are all capable of this. It is only a question of desire. Jesus says, “knock and the door will be opened unto you.” Surely Jesus cannot be mistaken. Therefore how much that door is open, that is a living indication of how sincerely we are knocking. Surely Jesus was not canvassing for an increase in official church membership. He wants more than that. He insists on more than that. Then he says, “Those who have ears, let them hear.” Those who hear, they will begin to knock, so that the door will be opened, right here, right now. That is the real second coming, the second birth. The real way to be “born again”. The real way to rejoin the real family, with God as our Eternal Father.

“The material world logically will become again, glorified and transfigured from the spirit through all creation becoming one body becoming again one Holy Spirit, family one God in being I believe.”

There are two energies which God has created: The living spirit energy, that we are. And the material energy of dead matter. As we are no in communion with God, we are under the dictation of the material energy, the dictation of the flesh that distorts and corrupts us. As we are in communion with God, through Jesus Christ, the material flesh becomes subordinate to the dictates of the spirit, then we become “one body, one Holy Spirit, through flesh”. Then, as you say, “both natures” become one nature, and we become again, “one family”.

Thank you Stephen, for your aways most thoughtful and encouraging words.

Peace always,

Peter

“Thanks for the topic Peter1, through all generations, logically to me, The Holy Spirit Family existed before creation was ever created was even created, and wanted love in a body through flesh becoming again through both natures, spirit and life, in one family, I believe.”

Yes, this is my understanding. The Holy Spirit Family existed before this material world was created, as a place of education and cultivation so that we could become again one family under God. We are all prodigal sons and daughters returning to our real home.

Peace to all,

Logically, The Christ is more than Jesus conceived by a Holy Spirit Person, the Christ is Jesus conceived by the Powers of The Holy Spirit Family One God in being, and we become sisters and brothers becoming Sons and Daughters in the Family of God, the Holy Family conceived in all mankind becoming and living inside of us all becoming again One Family, OMNILogically, I believe.

Thanks Peter, no one can deny the OMNILogic, I believe, from the Two Nature God through The Faith of Abraham. What is “Chosen” is not a people, through all Generalizations the “Chosen” is the fulfilled New Living Sacrifice from creation through The Christ, The Host, the Body, Blood, Souls and Divinity of the Holy Family, together, The One God in being, logically immortally transforms and glorifies and incorruptibly transfigures all through two natures, spirit and life through The Divine Family Powers for all Baptized transforms all as brothers and sisters into the New Eve becoming from Sacrifice through Penance forgiven in all through Our Brother and His Son Jesus Sons and Daughters of God in all mankind in The New Adam becoming The Christ in all mankind to be able to become from death through resurrection Life in One Body Immortally Glorified and Incorruptibly Transfigured re-imaged for all becoming again in all One Divine Spirit Family One God in being, OMNILogically, I believe.

Simple Logic, 7th grade math and an average IQ allows all to see God, OMNILogicalGod, with new OMNILogical Eyes, I believe.

Peace always,
