Please pray for my wife, Linda. She has a 14 cm nodule on her thyroid, which is increasing in size and smaller nodules. A biopsy is scheduled to determine if it is cancerous. Pray that it goes into remission and disappears.

I will. Please ask at your parish that your wife is added to the prayers of the faithful and consider asking for a Mass for her intention.

The largest nodule is 14 mm not centimeters as previously stated. I am not sure that my wife will go through with the biopsy. Thank you for your prayers.

Because the Doctor says she doesn’t need to or because she just doesn’t want to bother with it or out of fear? If the latter, I would encourage her to get the biopsy. My co-worker just had a biopsy done and she prepared herself for the worst, but the news came back good news. Either way, she was going to trust whatever came next.

Linda may cancel the biopsy today. It can only be done at 8am on Tuesday mornings and she feels it would be disruptive to get up so early in the morning. I know this sounds irrational. There is a great deal going on. Please pray.
