Do you believe Hell is empty? Why/Why not?

That was the Greek concept of Hell, which meant a kind of neutral afterlife. Apparently the Sadducees believed in something similar. Jesus spoke of Paradise and of a place of eternal punishment He compared to Gehenna, which Merriam-Webster says is a place of misery.

Question: Do you think the Trinity tortures Trillions of ‘souls’- FOREVER???

Peace always,

The New OMNILogicalGod Parable of the never dying Disciple becoming again One Family through spirit and life in One Body from Two Natures, by Stephen Andrew through the Power of The Holy Spirit Family, I believe.

Questions anyone? OMNILogicalGod got answers, to me , I believe.

The Trinity creates transforms and glorifies and transfigures all One Holy Spirit Family One God in being, OMNILogically, to me, I believe. Becoming again through three Gods becoming inside of all manking and living becoming again One Holy Family One God in being in One Body never failing undefiled and infallible intelligince logic existion before creation was ever created was even created becoming in all through both natures, spirit and life in One Body of Christ and God beciming again for all mankind and angels in One Holy Spirit Family One God in being, OMNILogicalGod, to me, I believe.

The Christ with flesh saves the angels and saints and all awaiting from the Bosom of Abraham from animal sacrifice through Penance, forgiven, awaiting the Christ from the flesh becoming again through both natures, spirit and life in One Body becoming again One Body, One Holy Spirit Family One God in being, I believe.

Logically, The second death is of the spirit. Even the Devil told a partial truth, “Surly we will never die.” Surely we will die of the flesh but not of the Spirit becoming again in a new Body, in One Family, bith natures resurrection life and spirit in One Family of God, to me, I believe,

Jesus saith to him, ‘If him I will to remain till I come, what is it to thee? be thou following me.’ This word, therefore, went forth to the brethren that that disciple doth not die, and we are all disciple of Christ that will never die of the spirit becoming again through the flesh of the Christ in all One God, One Holy Spirit Family One God in being, to me, I believe,

Sheol is the Bosom of Abraham, where the saved spirits in the souls await from the first nature death of the flesh becoming again through the Christ, from Sacrifice through Penance forgiven, resurrection from the spirit through the souls of all for the flesh in the Body to become again One Holy Spirit Family One OMNILogicalGod in being, to me, rationally and faithfully, I believe.

Then he said to his disciples,
“The harvest is abundant but the laborers are few;
so ask the master of the harvest
to send out laborers for his harvest.”

Peace always,
Stephen.

Souls are not tortured in Hell for eternity by God, but rather the absence of God.

Many atheists joke about Hell, as if it will be a Party for them, but they will quickly realize that it is not the fun they joke that it will be.

What do you imagine Hell to be? Actual fire and pain? Total silent isolation and darkness? Sin and debauchery to the fullest extent? Something else? Or, going back to the title of this thread, do you believe there is no Hell?

Hell is the GRAVE. Nothing more,.
Jesus promised a RESURRECTION.

Is one in the grave aware that they are in a grave? Or are they unaware?

Their DEAD? What’d you think?

Jesus said that in hell, the worm does not die and the fire is not quenched (Mark 9:47-48). Do you accept that Jesus knew what He was talking about when He spoke of the afterlife? Do you believe that He is the way, the truth and the life? If not, are you stating what you suppose life after death to be, regardless of what Jesus said?

How can a dead person “wail” and grind their teeth" (Matthew 13:42)?

Again I ask, are/will the souls in Hell be aware that they are in a “fiery furnace”? Are/will they be aware of there are other souls shining in God’s presence (vs. 43)?

Or are you talking about a slumber prior to the second coming of Christ (which implies that currently there are no or only a few souls in Heaven and all other souls are in slumber or dead until Jesus returns)? Trying to understand your position. Thanks : )

They will at their judgment.
Where do you think God started Hellfire?
With Adam and Eve?

So we are talking about the place where individuals went prior to Jesus’ resurrection. If so, then we agree. This was a different place than Hell.

What I am still unclear is if you believe that souls since Jesus’ resurrection are in that same place or if there is a judgement after we die, as well as a final judgment when Jesus returns?

Sheol/Hades/Hell- the same thing.
Think that wicked who didn’t hear Christ suffered Hellfire and are burning to this day?

Is that your belief? It’s not mine. It’s not what Catholicism teaches. Where did you get the notion?

WHEN did your Trinity begin Hellfire???

Peace to all,

Choice becomes from loving or not loving becoming again loving only and loving only with the most love in one family, to me, I believe.

Peace always,
Stephen

WHEN did your Trinity begin Hellfire???

My understanding about what happens when we die is not something I have much experience with (I’ve never had a near death experience), but from Scripture it sounds to me that those who died prior to Christ’s Passion went to the land of the abode (or a place of the dead). This is neither Heaven nor Hell.

Catholic Christians believe in two distinct judgements:

  • The Particular Judgement - which takes place right after death
  • The Final (or General) Judgement - which takes place at the end of time (when Christ returns)

Where does your theology agree/disagree with this?

You avoided my question…
