On the intelligent design versus evolution etc. the thing anyone will bump up against if they try to take God out of the equation is the first mover concept by Thomas Aquinas. And statistically the numbers are completely supportive of creation. Doesn’t mean evolution doesn’t happen. God can allow many things.
