Saint Joseph Abbey Seminary is a college for young men becoming Priest which usually has about 50 young men attending during a session. The Seminary is run by 40 monks that teach there that sing the Mass on Sunday. It is so moving. There is a beautiful church sitting on 1500 acres with a creek running thru it and a large lake. It is located about 40 miles North of New Orleans, La. It has been about 10 years since we went to Mass there and I plan on going to confession Saturday so I can go to communion there Sunday. My wife and I are really looking forward to going there Sunday.
The Abbey was establish in 1889 by the Benedictine and I always feel so good after we go there. We had stopped going to Mass for about 4 years ago because of the sex abuse with young boys. It was so terrible here in New Orleans and the Catholic Church has agree to too settle with a large number of them. Now the Catholic Church is selling poor performing Catholic Church’s to get the money for all of the law suits. They are also requiring the Catholic schools to pay a certain amount to help with lawsuits. My son has to pay over $10,000 for our 2 grandsons to go to Catholic school. They are really holding out their hands for extra money to pay for lawsuits. Go figure. Sorry I went on and on but my wife and I are so excited to finally go back to Mass. GOD BLESS AMERICA. GLYNN
Well I see not too many people are interested that found a need to go to this Catholic church. The post explains that I have not been to Church for over 5 years and was influenced by Saint Therese and I went to confession Saturday and went to Mass Sunday and was so glad I did. Probably my fault that I did not explain what I wanted to discuss.

Does Saint Therese have ties to that particular Church? Pardon my ignorance.
This is the church I was going to when I first started following Saint Therese. They have her statue in the church and a candle area where one can light a candle for your intentions. This is where I started saying a Novena to her and she seemed to answer my request.

Cade, I found out that the Email sent to me was from Sisternightingale, who puts her name in Chinese, so that some Chinese friends of hers will recognize her post. She is Turkish living in a bad situation in Turkey. Iran launched missiles at Turkey last night an NATO is on high alert. She has found the Lord thru Missionaries and has been assigned a Mother Superior in England to help her to go to the UK and finally become a Nun. I pray for her every night and I am so worried for her. She wants to follow the Lord and is a follower of Saint Therese as I am. She needs all of the prayers that all can give to her. Glynn
