I don’t think so Lawrence, but man would it be nice to have an app for this forum.

An app for this Forum can be built. Yes, it is possible, and there are 4 options when considering to do this:

  • Option 1: 1. Turn it into a Progressive Web App (Free & Fast)
  • Option 2: Use No-Code Website-to-App Converters (Low Cost)
  • Option 3: Check for Built-in Plugin Options (Software-Specific)
  • Option 4: Build a Custom Native App (High Cost & Coding)

Basic instruction/guidance can be found by a Google Search.

However, this website Forum uses what’s called a “Responsive” website.

Responsive websites changes the site’s content layout depending upon what type of device you’re using to access it. If you use a desktop or laptop computer, the website’s layout expands to the width of your screen. If you use a mobile device, the website compacts vertically to fit your phone’s screen and displays the websites menu at the very top.

To check the “responsiveness” of any website, using a laptop or desktop computer, exit the full-screen mode, then resize the web browser left to right (making the website screen narrow or wide). When doing this, if the website is Responsive, you’ll see the content layout change in vertical format.
