I Don't Like To See Jesus On the Cross

I like the way your mind works : )

Peace to all,
So true, Peter1,

Peace to all,

So true, Peter1, logically progress is from created becoming transformed becoming for all glorified and transfigured in all becoming from Holy Spirit Family Powers manifesting becoming re-imaged as through The Will of The Family becoming again for all creation in One Holy Spirit Family One God in being, I believe.

So true, Peter1, love logically becomes from the spirit through the created souls of all for the flesh becoming One Body from the New Eve in Immaculate Immortality through the New Adam in Holy Spirit incorruption for Virgin Born Jesus becoming the Christ in all mankind for both natures, spirit and life becoming again rebirth and salvation in all creation loving only and loving with only the most love becoming again One Family, I believe.

“We begin to sense God’s loving reciprocation.” Peter1

I too believe, Reciprocation is from failed love from the Tree of Knowledge becoming with the choice to love or not to love from The Father created in all mankind from the corrupt spirit through the mortal flesh of all mankind’s created souls becoming transformed eternal fulfilled love through His Passion in both natures from the spirit through the created souls of all for the flesh becoming One Body through the Christ from Sacrifice through Penance forgiven in all mankind becoming in all One Body from the New Eve for Jesus in the New Adam becoming through The Body of Christ in the Host becoming through both natures immortality and incorruption becoming fulfilled undefiled choice becoming in all unfailing forever loving only and loving with only the most love for all mankind becoming again in all creation One Holy Spirit Family One God in being, I believe. Logically, I believe, too, there is no greater work even possible than for the salvation of Souls.

Peace always,
Stephen

Thank you Cade for your encouragement. Actually, I write with mixed feelings. On the one hand I’m fearful that I might offend some of the members. On the other hand I have a strong urge to share my feeling, my thoughts. I was raised in an atheistic home. It never occurred to me to question the values of my parents. When I went to school, they taught me “science”. When I went to university, hoping they could help me understand what what missing in my life, my science teachers taught me that religion was for primitive people. That was in the 1960’s. the campuses were a psychedelic playground. One day, I went to see my professor in his office. I was on LSD. I was looking for answers. He told me, “We really don’t know anything. We make all this stuff up. That’s why we tell you not to buy last years text book …..because we always have new ideas.” I realized that physiology, physiological psychology, biochemistry, and biophysics couldn’t give me the answers I was looking for. Then I met someone from the far east. He told me that spirit and matter are two different energies of God. He told me that although we are inside a temporary material body, we are eternal spirit souls, and that all of our material desires were misplaced desires of the soul, and that we need spiritual satisfaction. He told me that this could only be experienced when the individual spirit soul reawakens his dormant love for God. It’s been 50 odd years since I began on a spiritual journey. For me it seems to be a gradual process. I am forgetful, and easily distracted. But the only time I am at peace is when I try to hold an awareness of God’s love for all of us, in my heart. I have lived in the Gila National Forest for the past 25 years, by a little stream. There are no churches out here. But I can connect to the web through a satellite dish on the roof. I came to Catholic talk, because I like to connect with people who also want to be close to God. Although I accept the authority of Jesus, without doubt, there are some other influences that are also dear to me. I see that in all the classical religions, be it Hindu, Christian, Muslim and Judaic, people approach God to ask Him to help us to make our lives nicer, here in the material world, asking for things that none of us can keep. My teacher told me that we should ask God for the ability to feel love for Him, and nothing more. Jesus said this same thing to the Jewish clergy men, when they asked him, “What is the most important rule?” He told me that when one comes to that platform of loving God purely, asking for nothing else in return, the sense of living reciprocation of love with God will fill our heart with spiritual ecstasy. And, when we come to that platform, God will arrange for all of our needs fulfilled. When we come to that platform, we will understand that every soul is a child of God and that we are all one family. I believe that this is also what Jesus is teaching us. “Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all of thy heart.” and, “Consider the lilies of the field…….”. My teacher once asked me if I had ever seen anyone injecting heroin into their arm. I said “Yes”. He smiled at me and said, “Spiritual life is like that.” The idea he was sharing was that one will become addicted, to the point that he can’t live without feeling close to God. Gradually my addiction is shifting, from seeking fulfillment in Mammon, the things of the world, to seeking fulfillment in feeling close to God.

Hi Stephen! You speak of “created souls becoming transformed eternal fulfilled love through His Passion in both natures.” My faith is that we are not material substance. We are pure spirit soul, pure spiritual energy. But God has put us in these material bodies that must follow the law of “ashes to ashes, dust to dust.” The spirit can live without the material body. But the material body cannot live without the spirit dwelling within. We are not these material bodies. But there are two ways in which we can live. The indwelling spirit can become the servant of the demands of the flesh. Or the spirit can, through cultivation, assert his spiritual nature, and become the loving servant of God. Then the flesh loses its power over us, and becomes subordinate to the direction of the spirit. Then the flesh and the spirit become one in the service of the Almighty, all-beautiful Lord. And the way is pointed out to us by Jesus, when he tells us that there is no way to Father except through him. And why is that? What does Jesus want us to understand? He wants us to understand that the only way to come closer to God is by loving Him. And the only way to learn love of God is by having an intimate relationship with Jesus. Because Jesus is the personification of love for our eternal Father. As we become closer to Jesus, he shares his love for our eternal Father with us. “Accept the yoke that I wear.” The yoke of love. Then we can begin to love each other as our very self. As you say, “This is the way for “all mankind becoming all one body”, “forever loving only and loving with the most love for all mankind.” I think this is what you are saying.

Peace to all,

So true, Peter1, “And the only way to learn love of God is by having an intimate relationship with Jesus. Because Jesus is the personification of love for our eternal Father. As we become closer to Jesus, he shares his love for our eternal Father with us. “Accept the yoke that I wear.” The yoke of love. Then we can begin to love each other as our very self. As you say, “This is the way for “all mankind becoming all one body”, “forever loving only and loving with the most love for all mankind.” I think this is what you are saying.” Peter1

The Parable of “The Logical Rebirth and Salvation of Saint Longinus,” by Stephen, I believe.
Even Saint Longinus, born blind in one eye, now reborn and saved from the blood and water sees clearly out of both, may have said, I Don’t Like To See Jesus On the Cross

The Two Nature God is From The Faith of Abraham becoming again in all creation from the spirit through the life becoming again in all One Family, OMNILogically, I believe.

Thursday of the Twenty-seventh Week in Ordinary Time

Gospel Luke 11:5-13

“know how to give good gifts to your children,
how much more will the Father in heaven give the Holy Spirit
to those who ask him?”

Logical understanding of “The Mind of God” becomes to all from the Faith of Abraham through two natures from the spirit though the created souls of all for the flesh becoming One Body. Finite Disciplines of Earth can never explain Creation becoming again for two natures through Immaculate Flesh glorified immortally from Holy Spirit Incorruption becoming in all One Holy Family and only rationally from the Two Nature God becoming through Faith of Abraham God becomes failed flesh from the failed spirit becoming One Body from Adam And Eve in all mankind becoming Baptized into the Catholic Church for all in Immaculate Flesh Immortality through the flesh of the Body of The New Eve for Virgin Born Jesus in the New Adam becoming Spirit Incorruption from Sacrifice through Penance forgiven through both natures conceived by The Powers of logical Creation, Transformation, Glorification and Transfiguration Powers from The Holy Spirit Family through the flesh of Jesus becoming for all mankind in One Body of The Christ for all mankind becoming again in all creation One God, OMNILogically, I believe.

The literal “Mind of God” Logically is Arked to Earth through the New Covenant from logical undefiled intelligence becoming, manifesting from the Unfailing Powers from Personal Gods in being spiritually all together preexisting in One Holy Family before creation was ever created was even created and alive and living in the The Undefiled Universe becoming to all mankind fulfilled unfailingly through the Flesh Nature of Jesus Virgin Born from preexisting souls becoming The Christ in all mankind, OMNILogically. The Christ is unable to fail in all cases of the fulfilled faith and morality infallible Will of the Holy Family never failing and only in One Way following the pattern, “What would Jesus do in all cases of the fulfilled faith and morality conceived from the Family Powers through His Flesh becoming The Christ in all mankind becoming for One Body through two natures becoming again Arked back from Earth to the New Heaven and Earth for all creation from the Cross reborn and saved becomes for all rebirth and salvation through two natures blood and water rebirth and salvation Baptized Immortality through the flesh becoming from Sacrifice through Penance forgiven and in Communion with Him Confirmed and re-Sanctified through the Eternal Undefiled Will of Fulfilled Creation for all becoming from Holy Spirit Incorruption through the Immaculate Flesh for all becoming One Body through the Christ becoming in all loving only and loving with only the most love becoming in all glorified and transfigured in One Family for all Creation becoming again, One God.”

Peace always,
Stephen

In the summer I read The Great Good Thing: A Secular Jew Comes to Faith in Christ by Andrew Klavan. He was raised in a basically atheistic (though nominally Jewish) home. It was well written and interesting.

Stephen, what’s going on in that picture? It seems to show Roman soldiers on a hilltop. Does it represent the earthquake and darkness during Christ’s crucifixion? Also, the soldier’s arms look withered—or is it showing something different? Thank you.

Peace to all,

We know, dark days are going to go away, I believe, they won’t have the final say.

The two natures from the Faith of Abraham becoming together in One Body is so confusing logically for all becoming again One Family, I believe, OMNILogically.

So true, the location is The Chapel of the Holy Sepulchre and the Holiest place on earth for Christions about a mile as the Crow flies from the City of David, in Jerusalem, I believe about 1 and a half miles from the Al Aqsa Mosque. The Chapel is located on where Jesus was crucified, died and rose again. The picture is of Longinus at the foot of The Cross whom speared Jesus, a soldier, normal age and stature, perhaps the picture shows skin flaws, not intended for any purpose, I believe, just a picture of a healthy repentant Soldier from the Foot of The Cross and a believer, now, I believe.

Peace always,
Stephen

I added it to my wish list. Thank you for the recommendation. You should add it to this thread : )

Peace to all,

Logically becoming again One Family is from the Cross rebirth and salvation for all in immortality transformation through the New Eve from the Virgin Birth for Jesus in the New Adam from Holy Spirit Incorruption becoming through the Christ in all from spirit through life for all mankind becoming again glorified and transfigured in all Creation One Holy Spirit Family One God in being, I believe.

Now, say that three times fast, I beliEVE.

Peace always
Stephen

I believe that Jesus came to give the Jews the next step in real religion, from the platform of keeping rules of morality and social conduct, (thou shalt and thou shalt not), to love of God, which the essence of all religion. But most Jewish people are not understanding this yet. (I was raised in a Jewish community). Above all, God wants our love, simply because He enjoys our love. We are created for that purpose. That is how God enjoys. People keep rules so they can go to heaven. That is not love; that is a business deal. It is for our own pleasure, our own salvation. One who loves God doesn’t care even to go to heaven. All he asks for and prays for is to be engaged in God’s service with love in his heart. He prays to the the Lord, “Not what I want from You, but how can I serve You? Not my will, but Thy will be done.” In this way, Jesus teaches by example. People are frightened by the thought of taking this position, only because they think that by taking such a position they will be the loser. This is because they don’t understand that when one’s heart is filled with pure devotional feelings for God, the heart becomes filled with ecstatic joy. At that stage of devotion, all attraction for the things of this world effortlessly depart. Whatever one sees, what ever one touches, he thinks, “Oh, how can I use this in a way that will give my Lord pleasure?” He brings flowers to God’s altar. He places his cooking preparations before the Lord, before taking. He uses his voice to praise and glorify the Lord. He wants to sing and dance before the altar. He works to build a temple to the Lord. He writes to spread the message of the Lord. And he prays, “My dear Lord, please keep me always engaged in Your service……and “lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil.” And he sings and chants the names of God, following the instruction of Jesus, “Our Father who art in heaven, hallowed be Thy Name.” Because he has faith, that if we filled the universe with the sound vibration of the name of the Lord, the result would be, “Thy kingdom come, Thy will be done, on earth as it is in heaven.” I know that I am preaching to the choir. “Where two or more are gathered in my name…..I am present.” That’s how we do it.

There is a book titled “The Spear” by Louis De Wohl. It is a historical fiction book about the Roman soldier who thrust his spear into the side of Christ. It tried to imagine how the soldier grew up and became the man at Calvary and his conversion after doing what he had done.

This is the power of the word. Material sound…..when dovetailed into spiritual context with faith and love, becomes spiritual sound. One can feel uplifted. Therefore Jesus says, “Our Father who are in heaven, hallowed by Thy Name, (and if we make that spiritual sound vibration), Thy kingdom come, Thy will be done, on earth, as it is in heaven.” The whole world can become spiritualized if the people of the planet gather together, and make a great celebrative sound unto the Lord. With cymbals and drums. Singing the names of the Lord. He is present in the sound of His name. One can feel it. Therefore we have the rosary. But “where two or more are gathered in my name, I am present there.”

Hi Cade! I know that this isn’t responding to your message to me. But I came across this you tube post today. It really felt good to see a man who is so highly respected speak, what I consider to be the truth in connection with Jesus and his message to all of us. I think everyone should check this out: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CforFGvOw4U

This is a painting by James Tissot, who created a book of watercolors showing the life of Christ. The picture is called “The Centurion’s Confession,” the confession being “Truly this was the Son of God.” I don’t know why all the soldiers are on the ground (I thought maybe the earth was quaking and they couldn’t stand up). All seem to be holding their hands in prayer, except one who has his hand to his head. Maybe I can find some further explanation.

Peace to all,

So true, on the ground, on their knees, in remorse, now they believe, I believe.

  • “the earth shook, and the rocks were split”.
  • The curtain in the temple sanctuary was torn in two, from top to bottom.
  • Graves were opened, and after Jesus’s resurrection, many saints were raised to life and appeared in Jerusalem.
  • Upon seeing the earthquake and the other events, a Roman centurion and his guards were terrified and proclaimed, “Truly this was the Son of God!”

Peace always,
Stephen
