Hi aarons1402,

I didn’t know that you were a writer interested in abortion. I enjoyed reading your article and congratulate you on being involved with the subject of abortion. I am also involved in abortion and would be interested in any further thoughts you have about it. Let me know if you do or if I can help in any way.

Thanks,

I’d definitely enjoy hearing your thoughts

Hi aarons,

I am writing a book about abortion. Many websites feature abortion news but none of them teach the theology of abortion. this is what I intend to address… the theology of abortion. I am about one-half finished, it is a tremendous job. will give some important points later. God Bless.

Hi Chris,

How is the book coming along? Being a Libertarian has opened up my eyes to the different “theologies” if you will of abortion:

Some Libertarians are straight up in favor of abortion, because they do not view the life in the womb as a living human being.

Others believe in what is referred to as Evictionism (Murray Rothbard believed in this), that the mother has the right to evict the human being living in her womb. Randy Enghland’s book “Free is Beautiful” has an entire chapter talking about how a friend of Rothbard, Fr. James Sadowsky, pushed back in an open letter to Rothbard, making common-sense arguments on why it is better not to evict an unborn human being, resulting in the death of the “stowaway” (to take Rothbard’s analogy to it’s extreme logical ends). Worth the price of the book, just for the Historical account alone.

And then there are Pro-Life Libertarians, such as myself and many others, who agree with the The Declaration of Independence, that our rights come from God and that human beings have the right to life, liberty, and private property (in this order), a view that libertarian philosopher Frédéric Bastiat held.

If you have not finished your book and you have not touched on these different (and maybe other reasons people believe what they do about abortion), you are free to explore these more fully.

God Bless,

Joshua
