Remember when I had told you guys that 4 years ago I had a brain tumor and it disappeared miraculously after protestant missionaires prayed over me and that was my first ever encounter with Jesus?? Well the tumor had come back since then, and it was worse than before. But after receiving prayers from over 20000+ people, when I received my test results today, it disappeared yet again.. It is a miracle.. Jesus healed me yet again..
AND I can send anybody my test results + mri scans to prove that it was there, but it just disappeared. I have proof
Peace to all,
Prays in numbers answers I believe, so many prayers were heard, I believe, God Bless you SisterNightengale,
I sometime almost see Him placing the ear back on the Roman Soldier from Saint Peter,
Peace always,
Stephen
Now the real question is: “Jesus did this for you. he has given you your life back. What are you willing to do for Jesus?” When we are children, we approach our parents, saying, “Gimme gimme!” But when we become adults, we say, “You have done so much for me. Now what can I do for you?”
I’ve been praying for you every day since you said that the tumor came back.
Thank you ever so much. It genuinely disappeared again. I can’t believe Jesus healed me for the same thing yet again.
This is where all religions have come to. Approaching God to make our sef-centered desires in the material world met. Approaching God as an online vendor in the sky, with whom we can place our orders, and wait for delivery. This is not what Jesus is teaching. He is teaching the opposite. Jesus is teaching “love of God with all of our heart, mind and soul.” “Love” is not about asking for anything. Love is about giving, wanting to give pleasure to the one we love. Love of God is not about running to God to make my material situation “nice”. Love of God is simply “wishing to please God with every thought, word and deed.” The bottom line of the “sermon on the mount” is that self-centered desire is called “mammon”, and desire to give plasure to God, (“not my will, but Thy will be done.”) is called serving the real master. Jesus says: “Man cannot have two masters: God or mammon. Make your choice.”
So what is service to God: 1) hearing the glories of the Lord; 2) singing or repeating the glories of the Lord; 3) Remembering the glories of the Lord; 4) serving the altar of the Lord; 5) preaching; 6) in every thought, word and deed that we do in every day life, whether it be washing a dish in the sink, or sweeping the kitchen floor, or driving to work…everything should be done with the feeling in my heart, “My dear Lord, please accept this activity as a gesture of love from Your eternal servant.” Then we are engaged in the service of the Lord, 24/7. When we are not engaged with this demeanor of the heart, we are engaged in the service of mammon…even while thinking complacently, “I have accepted Jesus… now I am saved.” Jesus will say, “I never knew you.” If the church is not telling you this…the church is not representing Jesus. The words “watered down” mean that when we add so much water to juice or milk, it is no longer juice or milk…it becomes water. Watered down Christianity means going to church on Sunday, and thinking, “I am saved”.
Responsorial Psalm
R. (7c) Your right hand saves me, O Lord.
or:
R. Alleluia.
I will give thanks to you, O LORD, with all my heart,
for you have heard the words of my mouth;
in the presence of the angels I will sing your praise;
I will worship at your holy temple,
and give thanks to your name.
R. Your right hand saves me, O Lord.
or:
R. Alleluia.
Because of your kindness and your truth,
you have made great above all things
your name and your promise.
When I called, you answered me;
you built up strength within me.
R. Your right hand saves me, O Lord.
or:
R. Alleluia.
Your right hand saves me.m
The LORD will complete what he has done for me;
your kindness, O LORD, endures forever;
forsake not the work of your hands.
R. Your right hand saves me, O Lord.
or:
R. Alleluia.
This is beautiful… could you please tell me where it is from?
It’s a responsorial Psalm from Mass. There is always a Psalm or other poem from the Bible in the Scripture readings at Mass. Someone reads or sings the Psalm, and the congregation responds to each part with a line from it—in this case, “Your right hand saves me, O Lord” or just “Alleluia,” whichever is chosen by the person reading or singing the Psalm.
I’ve never heard of it. There is no catholic church here so I’ve never been to mass
You are in for a very beautiful life changing experience!
Google Will give you many options to experience the daily mass
Before mass it is very nice to read the daily readings, which will be part of that day’s mass It makes the mass more meaningful. Many websites that will supply the daily readings. Will also give a reflection on those readings, one example: “The Word on fire” " with Bishop Robert Barron.
to attend a Catholic mass in person is most rewarding
Even if it is only on rare occasions to participate in the Mass , the Eucharist and the sacrament of confession is beyond wonderful
there is nothing greater in life than to experience the journey that you are on!
I supposed that you are unable to attend Mass, Sister Nightingale. If online Masses are not blocked in China, one place you can watch them is on Catholic TV, which has the daily Masses on its website. When my wife and I watch it, we pray along with it as if we were there. https://www.watchthemass.com/
