Is "This too shall pass" Biblical?

Nope. It certainly sounds like it could have come from the Bible, but this line is not found in Sacred Scripture.

Matthew 24:35 does say, “Heaven and earth will pass away, but My words will not pass away.” God’s word is eternal, though the things of this life are temporary.
Not the same thing.

Galatians 6:9 says, “…for in due time we shall reap our harvest, if we do not give up.” This is referring not to bad things that happen in our lives, but rather doing what is good and just.

2 Corinthians 4:17-18 speaks of suffering that we will go through, but does not say that our suffering will necessarily pass in this life time, but in the next. “For this momentary light affliction (or momentary sufferings) is producing for us an eternal weight of glory beyond all comparison, as we look not to what is seen but to what is unseen; for what is seen is transitory, but what is unseen is eternal.”

Also, everything will be destroyed, per 2 Peter 3:11. That covers, um, everything.

:joy: True, true, everything will be destroyed.

We should start saying, “This too shall be destroyed

“Pass” is a kind of euphemism for “die”; we could use it as a euphemism for “be destroyed”

Dad: What happened to my car?!

Son: It was passed.

I like the way your mind works.

I thought you were going to say:

Son: What happened to Uncle Carl?

Dad: He passed unexpectedly in his sleep of natural causes.
