I’m a pain in the ass. I don’t care what you think about me, at least that’s what I shoot for. I like the idea that “it’s better to ask forgiveness than permission.” I’m not going to give you good feelings so that you will listen to what I say, I instead expect you to trust me because I’m not faking it. It’s OK, take your time, a person who operates the way I do learns patience out of necessity. If you don’t learn that I’m for real by engaging with me, then I don’t deserve that from you.
