I’m eighty one years old. Grew up in a family that expressed no faith that I’m aware of. At age nineteen I was introduced to the Gospel by a ministry in Oakland California while in the Navy. Was later married to a "cradle Catholic " and later confirmed in the Catholic Church in late 60’s. We left the Church in late 70’s and were in several evangelical churches both non denominational and mainline denominations for a period of around twenty to twenty five years before returning to the Catholic Church. While I’m happy to be back in the Catholic Church I am very grateful for the experience I had with , what I believe, my Protestant brethren and where I really formed my personal relationship with Christ and my love for Scripture.
