You are so kind. I will have a test today on my lungs and more during this week. Marsha is still really having problems with confusion and with her mobility as to walking an getting out of her chair. She is very disagreeable and will not listen to advice. Should I say she is hard headed. I I’m trying to hold things together. Only with your prayers I’m I able to try and have a normal life. It was Gods plan I think for us to meet so I could lean on you during this difficult time. Thanks so much from the bottom of my heart for you being there. You don’t realise how much this means to me and my family. It feels that I have someone there to help me make my way. I hope I am not taking you away from your studies and I’m thinking of your plans with you and Mother Superior. I’m pulling for you. My wife and i are so thankful for your and others prayers. I got my wife to read your post and she was overwhelmed by your kindness. I have a question if you don’t mind. What is your age? Saint Therse entered the Carmalite’s when she was 14, one day before her 15th birthday. She became a novice shortly there after, but sorry to say, she past away from lung disease when she was 24, but she accomplished so much in her short life.in her little way. You remind me of her. I do hope you read THE STORY OF A SOUL When it came out in the early 1900’s over 20 million copies was sold in France alone.
I just got a call from my doctor that I need a Pet scan for my lungs which is scheduled for the 14 of August. He is really a good doctor and I look forward to the results.

I am 23. Mother Superior is 66. I also have lung disease, like St. Therese, Mother Superior does too. St. Bernadette did too.
Sister, seems as iff that is catching. I wonder if it is something in the air. The doctor say mine shows signs of beginning of cancer and the Pet scan will tell if there is any cacer in my body, but Pet scans are very expensive. I have to do what I have to do.
I hope I am not taking you away from your chores but I really appreciate all of the prayers. I will start my Novena soon for you all. Went to Mass Sunday and the church was only half full. Marsha was not feeling well and could not make it. She is a cradle Catholic and just recently started going back to church Many people are staying away because of the terrible abuse of altar boy in Dioceses. Our Archbishop will be at Mass soon and they are trying to fill up our church next week and they will be hoping for a good turn out.
We are watching our Grandson’s today and they will be going back to Catholic school next week. They are a hand full and keep us busy getting them snacks, but this keeps Marsha busy and seems to too take her mind off her problems with confusion and agitation which are growing day by day. 'Tis because even though we are far away, in spirit we are together Brother Glynn. Our spirits recognize each other, we belong to one big family. I hope to be of some consolation to you, and some benefit, to the best of my capability. Please keep me and mother superior updated. Today someone taught me the memorare to our lady of the precious blood. 'Tis a most powerful prayer I’faith. I will add it from now on to the end of every memorare chaplet, before the salve regina. What prayers did you recite today? We did the following: 2 rosaries, 1 memorare chaplet, 1 chaplet of our lady undoer of knots and litany and prayer, 1 rosary of abandonment, 3 hail mary novena, impossible novena, 1 our lady of tears rosary.
Pray tell, if you need financial assistance. Mother Superior knows how to raise funds and she has raised funds for many people in need. If not, we’ll further our prayer works to St. Cajetan, he always takes care of finances, miraculously.
You must really stay busy with so many prayers, don’t see how you keep up with them. Thanks for the offer for finances but I have very good health insurance. The pet scan is $5000 dollars, but all I have to pay is $200. Thank goodness for insurance. The pet scan requires and IV and 2 to 3. hours back and forth in MRI machine. Think I will bring THE STORY OF A SOUL to read. Can never get enough for it. I go to Pet Scan 8/14/26 at 12:00.
By the way, on 8/12/26 there will be a meteor shower. Saturn will be very close to earth and other stars will be very visible. if you have access to a telescope or binoculars you will be able to see a show, that the Lord is giving to us. We plan on having our Grandkids over for our telescope so they will have something to remember. Sorry to go on and on, but it seems like we are having a conversation face to face.
