God wants honesty and love (1 Corinthians 13:1). Don’t try to trick God. Some believe that Praying a bunch of empty Prayers will get God’s attention and/or the attention of others (Matthew 6:6-7).
When we Pray, it does not always change others as much as it changes us. There is humility in Praying for the good in others.
God hears you. He may not answer you the way that you would like Him to, but He knows you. You can tell God your struggles of thinking He does not hear your Prayers. This is what I mean by being honest with God.
Know that God wants to spend time with you. If your local Catholic Church offers Adoration, go there and sit with God. Bask in His presence.
